I got a call from this guy who claims he is with Eastside Lenders. Offered me a $15,000 loan at some exorbitant rate of interest, like 40 to 50%. My credit score is 586. Yeah, right. Wants a payment of $500 on a Pay Power voucher which I will show for 15 to 20 minutes, while the voucher is blocked, with an agent from the FDIC. Yeah, right. Again. The FDIC does not operate in this manner. After which the $15,000 loan amount will be transferred into my checking account. Wrong again. They will take the $500 off the voucher and run with it. When I put a call in to East Side Lenders, they said they only deal with payday loans up to $1,000. No personal loans. And not to deal with this person. So I won't, and neither should you. Oh. yeah. He claims his name is Robin Banks.
