just got this email. this is just another attempt to get me to send money to a loan place i never took out. they are threating me with prison,for four different charges. 1, violation federal banking rep., 2, collateral checkup,3, theft by deception, 4, illegal electronic funds transfer.  i would love to know how when i don't have a checking account, don't work i'm disabled, have no need for the loan. also, i don't use internet, plus, they misspelled a few words. they guys name is daniel spencer!!! they didn't even give me the date i was suppose to took this loan out. DON'T LISTEN TO THIS B______!!!!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

i just received the same email...total b.s.....the sad part is they send these emails to several ppl..some fall for it...DONT.!! I never took out a loan for 754.00 and they said they were going to put me in prison for total amount 4200.00..court a legal fees...Oh PLEASE!!! Get a real life LOSERS!!!! LOL...go find your mama and kick her in the [***] for raising such a low life..
