I think what we're seeing is a problem by long distance providers caused by "Least Cost Routing". Problems caused by this can include wrong Caller IDs, choppy audio, delayed audio, echo, and one way audio. We've seen several calls come in from neighboring towns that are coming in with this and other New York numbers, usually under the Caller ID alias of "Bidaxis". There is currently a complaint filed with the FCC by the NTCA regarding this ongoing, nationwide caller ID issue
