Rec'vd call notifying of a $5 million plus cash award. Mr. Alton Smith (Smith - go figure). Will give us a check for $5 million plus 1/2 million in cash. Just need to purchase a $250 security card to guarantee delivery. Call came from the Bronx in NY, but couldn't get a company name or location better than that. Just a scam to get $250. Who's giving out the cash award. Never told that.

More info. Called number, person answering was not the same name as original caller. Accent was foreign. Call was received on a speaker phone (call echoed). Our first call came in for my wife who told them to call me. Good decision! When I commented he was a different person, the line went dead. Enough said.
