I too have started receiving them... What you see on your caller ID are spoofed numbers (fake generated phone numbers)...Everyone should call the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). This will get the Federal Gov involved. 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357)… The more people complain to the Fed Gov, the more serious it will be received!
These idiots just keep calling no matter how many times you tell them not to. So PLEASE, EVERYONE, press the appropriate number to be connected to a real person. They make millions of calls a day. If every call resulted in just a couple of seconds of tying up a real person before they hang up on you, the company would soon find their labor costs too high to continue this harassment.
I don't answer these calls, but my phone carrier said this was probably of pre-paid phone card. I have family and friends that may use pre-paid, but I don't want my information coming up if this is a scam number.
