say they are from united legal investigations and have all of your information such as ss#, bank account information, and name and address. They even called me at work and told me I would be arrested at work or home if I did not pay them.
rec'vd call from them this morning stating they have bank account number,
ssn,home address, home phone number, stating i rec'vd money from them in
march and didn't pay it. they sai they are from cash net, i said i never
heard of them and would check my bank statement from march and also check
with the bank verifying any deposits they said they made. well the men
identifed themselves as officer brown and and a attorney legal advisor
not to contact my bank and threatened to have me arrested at work and
home. they even found out out a phone number for a friend of mine and
threatend her also. who are these people. i contacted the hernando police
department in florida and they stated i needed to contact my local police
and file a complaint.
also, i never rec'vd any money from this company called cash net.they
were rude, yelling at me to listen, not to talk, and not to call anyone.
one more thing. i called at&t wireless due to the fact the number was listed in white pages in msn. informed at&t representative about the
call and he informed me he couldn't find out who the number belonged too
but for me to contact my local authorities. whatever happened to internal
investigations at AT&T for fraud and harrassing calls. what a trip
Got called from518-212-1618 to call 352-200-2209 and to call immediately or the same, arrest.
Had ALL of my personal info and told them their a scam and the guy got pissed.
Later received a call from559-756-0410, asked his name and he responded "your father" and mumbled a bunch of jibberish then hung up.
Called him RIGHT back and told him if he doesn't stop harassing me I'd take them to court...
No phone calls since, and i DID close my bank account so :P try and take my money fools!
