I just got an email from this person also, and it says the same thing. She should report them, they are all a SCAM!!! I got Ripped off like this once from someone threatning me a few years ago. We need to STOP this Cons!!!

The agency is Attorney Jerry Smith and his has threaten me with going to jail and cops will be coming to my home and work and will be paying $10,000 in court. He only emails me and I asked to give me his director name of company and address so that my attorney can send them a letter and no response. His email comes from a gmail.
