Who called from 3522002691

I have been getting call from the attorney JERRY SMITH!!!  He has even sent emails to my work email address.  He has been very nasty when I speak with him.  I am trying to get a address for his location.  I have obtain a lwayer and we are working on getting more info on this attorney.  If any on can please help me out I would appericate it!  Thanks in advance for anyone's help!!

I recieved an email today from this Jerry Smith. After doing my research, I found out that it was a scam. The email that I recieved was grammatically incorrect and it even had mispelled words. You will not find an address for Mr. Smith because he is probably in Nigeria or India. the email claims that a agency named United Legal Investigation Bureau has filed serious allegations against me and that my ssn# will be blocked and they also threatened to send me to jail. It's a sad scam and I hope that people will do their research before giving these idiots their bank acct info.

He just emailed me asking me for my cell phone numbe so that we can talk about this matter. I thought this was a scam. I will take to my local police dept and see what I can do about this guy.

First, thank you for posting your scams from this character Jerry Smith.  This helps so many people!  As the previous people mentioned, my fiance received this letter and immediately we both were suspicious as not only the Florida letterhead was incorrect, the content of the letter was loaded with grammatical errors, and it is threatening.  I called the phone number provided but his voice mailbox was full.  After only a minute, my cell phone rang and it was the number I just called.  I immediately asked, who is this and received no answer.  I then baited him by asking, "Is this Jerry Smith?"  and he answered 'yes.'  I asked where are you calling from and he said "Florida".  I used to work in an attorney's office so I started asking questions, very forcefully -- I asked for his attorney's license number, his office address and phone number.  If he were who he said he was, he would as forcefully answered me as I attacked him.  He DID not answer one question and was silent.  He only said, well you have the information.  I told him you don't even know who I am so how do you know what I have or don't have?  Then he hung up.  

The scary part is that this person has enough accurate info so this is a threat.  I will be sending this information forward about this character  to the police, to state attorney's office in Florida, plus my own state attorney's office.  Maybe, one day, he will be caught because we all did something about him.
