Just call them if they send you a legal paper and resolve your matter with them. Otherwise you will be in a major problem. Just a suggestion you have to take a desicion

This idiot has been harassing me as well. I received threatening phone calls and now the same bogus email letter claiming to be an attorney from the Dept. of Justice. This happened a couple of years ago and now has started again. This is clearly a scam. This guy should be arrested for what he is doing to people. The thing that scares me is that he has personal info on me including my social security number.
Unfortunately I am familiar with the man named John Youngvall in Spring Lake. He is a twice convicted violent felon currently on probation. He masquerades as a contractor but has no license. I suggest you look him up on the NC DOC website and report his involvement to his probation office.
