Received a call at work from a Candice Jones calling from 352-201-3755. She stated that she needed my work address to serve me papers in regards to a claim I needed to respond to. I advised her that I do not have a work address (I work from home) and asked what this was in regards to. She stated that the document was sealed and she could not discuss with me but gave me a toll free number to call. I told her that I already spoke to that number a week ago and told them that I had nothing to do with their claims - and she hung up. I called the toll free number 877-400-4395 (Grossman & Associates) provided by Ms. Jones. The company name they gave me is not one that I am aware of, nor is it on my credit report so I asked them to send me something in writing so that I can review it and review my records. They told me to hold to speak to a claim manager and then the call was disconnected. This is a SCAM so callers BEWARE. I would love to send these people a cease and desist letter but because they will not send me anything via mail, I am unable to.
