Received call, no one on it, called back but got "not accepting calls".  Most likely spammer

Unwanted scam calls

rang me too.

I get a least five calls a day from this number. They also call at night about nine o'clock. I've had it with this and I want it stopped. What can I do?

No one on the line when I answered initially. Telemarketer!
We have a Panansonic phone that blocks up to 250 calls. It allows the blocked call to ring through again for about two ings then disconnects it. Fabulous!
