Who called from 3523902109

Another "energy" scam call informing me about a rate increase. The person had an incorrect name an address for my number. After asking which utility they were with they said something about "they're all going up".

It's out and out BS. I don't even have utility bills or power at the address associated with this phone number.

They never responded when I answered. Sure sign of a robocall, which means it must be a scam since my number is on the FTC Do Not Call list.

energy scam,  They knew my address. They use several different phone numbers.  Boiler room noise in background.

this is a scam.....several calls and I have asked them not to call here......the calls just keep coming.
I thought this was against the law,  I am on the no call list
