Caller ID says Morgan Stanley. Called three times Friday, twice today (Monday), didn't leave any messages. The last time I picked up and said "Please state the nature of the emergency" Dead silence, call center noises in background, then call dropped. Well, if they called that many times, it had to be an emergency, right?
"Morgan Stanley" started calling again, so I picked up. Female calling businesses regarding credit cards. Told them to put this number on their Do Not Call List. If they call again they will be reported to the FCC.
Caller if Morgan Stanley...wants to compare credit card processing fees..told him I was ok with paying 2.7% fee..he was being pushy, said I was paying too much. I finally hung up and blocked calls from the #
