Recorded call claiming to lower my credit card rate - however the intro did not way which company.  Said press 9 to speak to a representative.   I pressed 9 so that I could talk to someone and ask them to remove my phone - and remind them they and their company are worthless wastes of breath  -however when i pressed 9 call did not transfer, got cut off and call ended.
