The lady called asking for our lead mechanic regarding our fleet. I asked her what the call was in regards to. She was very rude and said that it was a follow up call. I asked her to take us off of her call list and to please stop sending us items that we do not ask for so that we have to send them back. She laughed and said she didn't know who I thought they were but they didn't send us anything. We have received 2 packages and received a bogus invoice from them. We have mailed the packages back each time. She then asked me for my "title". I told her that was none of her concern and for them to take us off the list and STOP sending us things because we will continue to send them back at their expense. VERY RUDE and if you are going to laugh at someone and be haughty, know that people will not fall for your stupid tricks.

These people call over and over and regardless of how many times we ask to be removed from their call list, they still try. It comes up on caller ID as Overall Supply and that's who they say they are. First, they tried to say that they sell maintenance supplies. Since we've had a seeming endless supply of scammers calling, I already knew what it was and I verified with our plant manager that we do not do business with them nor do we want to. Then they called again stating the need to update the O.A.L acting as if we have an account with them. I again told them we do not have an account with them nor do we wish to and to remove us from their call list. Today they called again, I immediately told them what I've previously stated. The man insisted he talk to someone regarding our account with 30-60 day terms and our O.A.L (which we don't even know what that is) that must be updated. I called our controller and he searched our database, open an inactive accounts. He again verified that we have never had an account with them. The man insisted that he speak with our accounting department so I transferred him. Accounting verified that he was phishing for information. Do not give these people anything! If they call again I will threaten to contact authorities.
I received a call from this number and the tried to act all buddy buddy and asked for the old manager like they were best friends or something when I told him he didn't work here anymore he asked to talk to who took his spot and I told him he was out of the office because I figured it was someone selling something. The guy kept asking for a direct # to our manager but obviously I don't give out his cell # to people selling stuff. After googling the number and finding this, I blocked the # through our At&T service which you can access with *60.
Nolita (Lolita), very pushy, called asking for who's in charge of our maintenance. Said we have no one. Asked for the lead mechanic. Again, very pushy. Called from (352) 726-5903. Asked her to hold on and I'd get someone. I hung up on her. No sense in arguing with someone. We're a business and get these calls all the time. I know who they are as soon as they start speaking.
They called us and told us they where a supplier for us in the past and wanted to send us a gift. I informed the caller that we have never used them. She said we have ordered from them, I informed her that I am the owner of the company and do all the ordering for 23 Years and we have never ordered from them. Then she treated me like I was a idiot and said "if that is what you think". This company is a scam. They get you to except a gift over the phone. they ship it with supplies you never order then bill you. when you or someone in the company sign for shipment, they can bill you because you signed for it.
