Wanted to know who was in charge of purchasing out maintenance supplies, I asked her who was calling, she said Overall Supply. I asked her where the were and she said FL. I told her we would rather buy locally and she said that they ship UPS insured and had good prices and I told her no thank you. I could hear people in the same room asking the same questions in the background.
They also use 352-726-7306, 352-601-6861, 352-726-5871. I have told them many times that we will not be ordering from them and to stop calling. Seems they think if they call from a different number thatwe will change our minds.
I got a call from this number today and right away i knew it was the same scam people have tried on me before. "I have your free _____ and we'll send that right out to you along with _____." I VERY politely said please take my number off your call list as it is my cell phone and not my business number. I then said i have never done any business with you so i never ordered what you said i did. Right away the lady started screaming at me that i didn't have to be so rude then hung up on me. I called right back and asked for her supervisor who's name was Jeff. As soon as he got on he said are you the *%$%$* that just cussed out my sales lady? I said no i did not. He told me he was listening in and heard everything which none of which was true. He cussed me out and hung up on me. I have NEVER in all my years been called those names and had someone blatantly make things up like that and call me a liar. I learned years ago to be polite and cordial with every call that comes in to me and my business. Even telemarketing scam folks. It was the WORST phone harassment i have ever received in all my years of business.
I have filed a report with the FTC already and will be following that up with the BBB and will be filing a report with the phone company also. I encourage everyone else to do the same as companies like this should not be allowed to operate that way. The more we report people like this the sooner they will not be harassing others.
