Llamada en nombre de Aetna pidiendo primero identificarse con nombre y dirección, pero ellos no tienen ID call. o sea no se identifican con el nombre de AETNA al momento de llamar, Recomiendo no dar direccion ni mucho menos ningún dato personal.
