Who called from 3527972345

When I answered a call from this number: 352-797-2345, whomever the caller was, did not identify who they were, and he or she stayed on the line for exactly 9 seconds without saying one word.  I then hung up the receiver.

I just received a call from 352 797-2345  and on my phone it says it is from:  V082722424800451
If I don't recognize the number - I do not answer my phone.....
