call him a scammer and he hung up

Dead air from answering the call. Guess these scammers didn't like it when I called them out on their own plan lol.

No one on the line for 15 seconds after I picked up. Then, I rang off.

Told me I was receiving $9,000.  I told her to put something in writing to me in the mail.  She said no and to call 360-550-9367.  I hung up.  How can I get scammers like this to stop using my cellphone?
