Who called from 3602001722

Recorded call informing me that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I should call them back at 360-200-1722.

I just got a call from the same number with the same recording.

Same story as listed above. Caller spoke very broken English. She hung up on me when I asked for another operator to explain the situation. Gotta love it!

Total scam.

Message says "Reason of this call is final notice to inform you IRS, internal revenue services, is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 253-777-3391.  I repeat, 253-777-3391.  Thank you."

Also 4 other phone numbers. I have a call blocker and finally just blocked all 360 and 253 area codes. I'm guessing it must be coming from outside of the US. It couldn't be legal to claim to be "IRS" and "internal revenue services".
