Received a call like the others. This purported to be from the Loudoun County (VA) library (strange!). Said card starting with "4429" was on temporary hold. When you call, you get a recording (with no identification) asking you to leave a message.
I also received a text on 7/23 about my card starting with 4492 having a temporary hold. Seemed like a scam at the time and after reading the other comments I'm glad I did not respond. First time for me to receive a scam text message.
