Text msg on my cell said "(NOTICE) WHIDBEY_ISLAND_BANK- Your CARD starting with 4474 has been Blocked. Please call: 360-200-5135." It is most certainly a phishing attempt. Do not call them and NEVER give out account information over the phone. A real bank will never call you and ask for your account number or info.

Same, from [email protected]: "(NOTICE) WHIDBEY_ISLAND_BANK Your CARD starting with 4474 has been temporary Blocked. Please call: 360-200-5135." Phishing… with the added insult of bad grammar.
