They are so aggravating! saying that i received a payday loan from some company. the scary thing is they know ss# and addresses. They cannot tell me how much the money transfer was for or the account number the money went to. and they keep saying it is from a company called Cash Transfer (how basic). They told me money was transfered into this account and when they tried to get their money back my account was closed. i have never had an account close with this bank. so i told them to get a life and i hung up on them. they wont send paper work or any proof. And the call was from a guy with a heavy indian accent named James Clark LMAO YEAH RIGHT! when i asked to speak to a supervisor he said one moment and he will make sure the call didnt get disconnected, next thing i kno... disconnected.

Receive 2 calls from somebody who said they were John Connors. I called back & they said they had my ss# & my bank name & account number and email address. They said there were 2 counts against me for money laundering & for getting an interet payday loan. They gave me a case # & asked if I wanted to settle this in or out of court, the fee for me to pay would be $4500. I couldnt talk too well because I had a death in my family & have to go to a funeral tomorrow. I was crying & upset & they were mocking me. They said I would have to face the consquences then. I know nothing of what they are talking about & want this investigated. They refused to tell me the name of the person who is complaing against me.
I recieved a phone call, and the caller id showed Restricted. A man with an Indian accent, which i could not understand, gave me this phone number to call back 360-205-0092. I called them back, and they stated that i had defaulted on a Payday loan, which i never recieved or applied for. The scary part is that they had all my personal information somehow. I asked them to send me documented proof or loan and default. They said I only had until 2pm to pay $1,395.46 or they were going to sue me for $5,600.00. I said i will pay when i now this is a legit deal. What do i do, does anyone kow how i can stop them
I am getting phone calls just like this one from the same company. They have been calling friends, family, neighbors, making threats to put me behind bars then claim they think they can help me with grant money? They have been calling my daughter on her cell phone all day long - she is in the 6th grade!!! What can I do to put an end to this harrassment?
Also, the number is the same 360-205-0092. They say they are from SFI-- said something about fraud, investigations, FBI ?? who knows? I cannot understand his dialect beyond the fact that he is threatening me personally, my son and anyone he can possibly talk to, he is threatening and abusive. He screams and laughs and I can hear others in the room with him talking, laughing, making a lot of noise. He has called me a total of 12 times today, my daughter has been called so many times I cannot keep count, a friend 18 times. One friend of mine they keep calling attends school and this disrupted his classes all day today. The guy said his name is Chris Moore.
