• If you use Vanilla Card, MoneyGram, Western Union or similar method to send money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Geeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse with termites, or a statement that your computer is infected.
• 876 is NOT your lucky number, and it will cost you money to call that area code!
• The number you see on your Caller ID may not be the number of the person who called you!
• The Do Not Call list is NOT a call blocker, and is ignored by scammers.

I just received a call from (360) 108-0863 telling me that I was randomly selected to receive a grant from the US Treasury department. The guy told me that I have to call the Treasury Department at this number: (360) 207-0830 and they will directly me as to how I can claim my "free" money.
