This no. called twice within an hour. No one is there.
Saw here it is a telemarketer.

Received call 6:31 pm Sep 4, 2012, when answered after a pause they hung up.

Received call 7:42 pm, Sept 19th, 2012 when answered after a short pause I heard them hang up.

annoyed, 7:05PM 9/24/2012. if you can't say anything, don't call. quit wasting others time.

Called at about 1030PM Eastern time.  We were asleep. I answered, but they hung up.  I reverse 911 WA State and then called back. A recorded female voice stated she could not take the call.
