I did answer - it's a recording that DOES NOT sound like a recording - it sounds human. It starts the call as if she's been talking to you for a few minutes, she dives right in about "press 1 to be removed. I'm calling from the credit department and you were recently looking into a new home or auto - can you hear me alright?" I hung up. I called the number right back and the same thing happened as if they had called me back. I'm assuming it's one of those "can you hear me" scams to get you to say YES.
