Any number from Washington has to be a robocall. I have had many calls from the same area there. They all are probably from the same company. I believe it is a collection company. I know they are harassment calls but you could never prove it.

Got a call on my cell phone from 360-209-4288. Didn't answer the call and no message was left. There is no reason for someone from this area code to be calling me as I live in Canada.
