I didn't answer and no message was left

I just got a call from that number.  No one responds and no message is left.  When you dial that number back, you get a recording that tells you that no one is available.

I wonder if they could be trying to send spam text messages, but it doesn't work when they reach a land line.

This number has called twice and left no messages. Called back the # and said mailbox full
