got a call from this number today. had an angry man yelling, ranting and raving at me, saying that i hit his car, scratched his bumper, broke his tail light and left my number on his windshield. obviously this didn't do this, and hung up on him. when i called the number back, i got a recording that i was calling a pre-paid phone that was out of minutes.
