Unsure what they are calling about, but this is the third time. The message is in Spanish, which is weird because it is a Washington state number (I share the same area code.)
And it would appear calling the number back routes me to some guy who owns the number. When I questioned him about it, he seemed shocked and had no idea what I was talking about.
