sai di would be arrested if i didnt pay anything over the phone for an old payday loan..i claimed ch 7 bankrupcy..they will scare you and say they will put a warrent out its not true they cant do that i have been to my local police station. SCAM!!
They said I owe $400 and it had to be paid or I would be arrested and go to court then it would cost me $5000. I told them they were scam., and I would not paid them a penny. Guess what they hung up on me. Then call back and started in saying the same thing.
They call and say there is a pending lawsuoit against the last 4 digits of my social security number. And they threaten me with being arrested. I called NY state Attorney Generals Office and the told me they are scammers. Do not take their calls.
They keep calling me and my husband and herrassing us they keep sayn we are going to jail and that we have to pay $500, they also have my husband social number and they just keep calling
