ID says: "Port Ludlow WA"..... Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! All scammers and unknown, unspeaking callers get blocked forever! Good riddance!
I answered this number today because I was expecting a call from the 360 area code. A woman said that she could lower my mortgage payments. I replied that our interest rate was so low that I rather doubted that would be possible. I then said goodbye and hung up.
