Blowing an air horn into the phone DOES NOTHING.....the phone company limits the volume that can be sent through the phone. It will only hurt your hearing not theirs.
Anyway, this number is a scam, just hang up.
Got a call from them last week saying I was selected to receive a free $9500 personal grant. I said I hadn't applied for anything and he said that I was randomly selected by the government. I said, "The government wants to GIVE me money with no strings attached?" I asked for a website to verify and they couldn't give me a working website. Sent me to about 6 different unregistered sites and had me talk to 3 different people until I got a working website. Then they said that I would need to bring $250 to the nearest Wal-Mart to accept my money which would be available in a few days. When I said I don't have $250, he proceeded to hang up on me. Now they call and don't speak to me. Almost like a butt dial.

I answered the call after three rings with "Information Services, how can I help you?". I could hear call center noise in the background and a man with an indian accent said "sorry, wrong number" and hung up. lol. I find that greeting works for most telemarketing calls :)
