These idiots call 2-3x a day

I didn't look a the caller I'd before answering, but after answering I asked this person, I could hardly understand to take me off the call list twice. She said no and hung up on me.

What is the point of a National Do Not Call Registry when these people can still call???

At least if they call you you know it's a scammer-it was never meant to be an actual call blocker
