Who called from 3602267969

I am in NC, and someone from this number called me just now. I answered, and the connection was kind of staticky.  It sounded almost like someone had pocket-dialed.  A woman came on and was speaking Spanish, so I told her she had the wrong number.  Then (in Spanish), she asked if I spoke Spanish, and I said "no." She asked if anyone in my family spoke Spanish, and I said "no." She babbled something after that and said "bye-bye."  I have no idea what it was about.

Just got a call from 360-226-7969 very strange. Not sure but when I did some online research it came up Enumclaw, WA. I am a senior citizen and not sure if they are phishing for something.  Not a good feeling.

Got a call from this number this morning and I didn't answer it also said from Washington so I'm curious on what's going on w it

I have AT&T as well but live in Texas and just received a phone call from this number.  They were looking for some guy that I have never heard of.  Then immediatley after that I received a phone call from 459-975-9559 can anyone tell me what is upi with this?!!!

I answered it, a woman asked if i spoke spanish, i told her to stop calling, she asked me again, I repeated myself, she hung up.
