I don't know who this is but I was doing a Call Back Number at whitepages.com and it comes to a Cell Phone Number out of Shelton, Washington.

I don't know who this is but I was doing a Call Back Number at whitepages.com and it comes to a Cell Phone Number out of Shelton, Washington.
This Time (January 12, 2013 @ 10:22am) I answered My Cell Phone and the women claimed to be a person with a Mortgage Company that could use a Government Program to help reduce the Percentage on my Home Loan.
I asked her how she got my place and she stated that it was a part of an Information Sharing Program. Which is against the Law.
The above number has been calling me about 5 times a day and when I call back, the ring tone is classical music and nobody picks up. I would like to report this issue and ask that someone investigates it.
This number called me today. I don't usually answer this phone ~ the guy who talked to me said I qualify for a mortgage through the harp program. Just as I started to tell him I wasn't interested he hung up. I called back the number to see who was calling and there wasn't a ring or anything, I called twice, it just hung up. He said he was calling from Paramount Equity and the caller I.D. showed he was calling from Shelton, WA.
