i did to im pretty sure its a scam. they tried telling me i owed money to the government which i know i dont. I hung up on them before i let him say anything else.
I got a call from them about winning a $9,000 grant also and that I needed to call his supervisor at some 202 area code. I knew it was a scam. They called back but I wasn't home and they didn't leave a message. I'm just glad that I didn't call them back. I might have been charged some crazy money on my phone bill. My guy had an foreign voice also.
