I've got 3 phone calls this morning. Nobody has my phone number that I don't know who is and I don't answer unsolicited phone calls. Darn annoying!
This is most likely a scam - similar scams have been going in other countries recently. Someone who presents himself as an "auto insurance lawyer" calls and tells you that you hit something or someone and that you "may be in trouble"
They called this morning at 9:14 am, 10:01 am, and 10:55 am and did not leave a message. I decided to call back to find out who was trying to call me and I reached a very scratchy recording in a female voice, "You have reached a non-working number announcement 14.6.22.8-2" I get really tired of being 'pinged' by the unknown!!!
Within 10 minutes of my kid passing her driver's license exam these telemarketers called my cell (which happens to be the # I gave the DMV on her paperwork). Extremely irritating - I suggest blocking.
