Phone rang 4 times then stopped

The phone rang until I let the answering machine pick up and there was silence for a little bit before it hung up.

Phone rang. No one on the line. I hung up.
Only reason I picked up was
because I was curious what ID: BCPF meant.

It is the Breast Cancer Prevention Fund.

It rings about 3 times and then stops.  I can never get to the phone to answer it before they hangup.
