Who called from 3602354785

Most likely another spoofed caller ID from one of the credit card scammers.

Cardholder Services. They keep calling me. I've submitted their name and number to the federal Do Not Call list, but that hasn't done any good.

I believe this number is to another credit card scammer.

These are likely spammers spoofing the phone number they are calling from. These spammers are not a legitimate businesses and do not follow the "Do Not Call List".  They're exploiting people using robo dialers and spoofing of numbers unfortunately.

I've started adding these callers to "blocked" numbers list on my mobile. It's reduced call volume until they start spoofing using a new number.

Leaving a message here on a public forum does not stop anything.
Invest in a call blocker for your land line. $39 on amazon or ebay.
My call blocker stops all calls from area code 360. Too simple.
