The color told me she was from the federal government and that I was being given a grant of over $9000. She said that because I had a good payment history, I was getting this grants. She said it could not be used on my gambling and alcohol or things like that. She asked me what I would use the money for. She also hadmy address my phone number and I think that is all the information she had about me.
