We have had a similar email on our web form.  

Do you think this is could be a "tracking" address that is being used to collect data on who is sending out unsolicited spam?

If someone filled in a few forms, posted a few blogs, leaving an email address, then waited to see who spammed their address, it would start to build a picture for anti spam systems to use.

Could this be what is happening here?
