THEY called again - leaving no message or name (WA) on the caller ID.
IF Memory serves me - I mailed off (to Bankers Trust) for a 'booklet' that reported to have vital information for Seniors to read up on future medicare program. Now it seems to be a 'front' for long term CARE INSURANCE (or some other form of insurance scam that shucks the shekels out of Senior Citizens).
Never got the 'booklet' - so it appears to be another 'Bait and Switch' con game by the insurance industry.
I guess that as long as humans suffer from GREED - there will be an Insurance business dealer around!
They called on the pretense of being available to bring me information of what kind of changes Medicare will be going through in the next year. I asked them if they were trying to sell me something. They lied and said "No...I will be in the area in the next few days, and wondered if I would like them to stop by and bring me some information on medicare changes". I asked if they could just send it by either snail-mail or email. They said that they could not because it was "too expensive!". I told them that I liked their pitch, and wished them the best...and hung up.
(I'm beginning to think that insurance people are all liars!) One rotten apple, etc, etc, etc.
