There is an app called "Call Control" that lets you blacklist numbers like this so they won't ring through to your cell phone. Try it , you'll like it........
They are calling for another person, very rude and persistent. Calling both my home phone and cell phone, I have asked to have my number removed and no response to my requests. This is very harassing.I tried to call the very same number back and there is an instant message informing me of the caller has not set up their voicemail yet. This is very frustrating.
