After getting five calls from similar numbers in the last three minutes I answered the sixth call (this number). A man with an Indian accent wished me a good morning (it was about 3:00 PM) and informed me that my computer was infected with malware. He asked me to go onto the internet so he could help fix the problem. That’s when I hung up. This is a huge scam. Do not answer.

Our caller ID said, "ORCHARDSWA" When I answered, a voice with Indian accent said he was technical support calling. I interrupted him and said I took out a tech support package with AT&T and no longer need Guru Aid. I also told him although you always gave me good service, I was never on the line less than two hours when I had a problem. This was because you company has you on other lines with five other clients at the same time and kept jumped back and forth from one client to another. AT&T starts working on your problem and continues until the problem is fixed and it is never more than 45 minutes. We will see if this stops these constant annoying calls. I have been told if you answer the phone, they get paid for each call answered call, but answering machines to not count which is why the hang up on the fourth ring. I'd like to know if this is true.
