Who called from 3602616014

I know they're from Longview. They called me twice. First time I ignored it. Second time I answered. I heard a man sigh, stay on the line for about 20 seconds, and when I said "hello" he hung up.

Who is calling me from 360-261-6014

They call to pressure you into going to school.

The number keeps changing but the pattern is the same.  Three calls in a row with about 30 seconds between calls &  hangs up after 4 rings.  Annoying as all get out.

December 29, 2016, 10:15, two phone calls answered the calls, and they hang up. When dialing them back I get a busy signal.
