Another scam call from another number claiming "IRS is filing lawsuit"

I received a call saying it was the IRS saying they are sueing me and to call them at 360-262-6416.

I also received a call from number 725-598-6524 , saying it was the IRS saying they are sueing me and to call them at 360-262-6416.
Why nobody find and punish these people??

Received a phone call from the same number stating IRS lawsuit. Previous to this call someone called stating was checking on Medicare status.

I receive a call from this same caller saying that they was theIRS and they are filing a lawsuit against us, I talked to a representative and she told me that they don't call you, they would send a letter in the mail. I reported this number to the proper authority. This is not funny. This is the fake number please don't call, 360-262-6416.
