I've received a phone call from this number - every day - for the past week...
When I call back, it's a recording that says, "Congratulations...You've qualified to win $25,000 in tonight's drawing..."
This person or organization from "Snohomish, WA" calls my phone several times a day, often a few times within a couple of hours, and leaves a silent voicemail. I will not answer unknown calls but nothing on other end when I tried.
