I didn't have any outstanding debt either... that I knew of... until I got a letter from that collection agency. My medical provider had been sending a bill (that I think I paid) to an old address. I gave them my new address and received mail from them at my new address and then suddenly they started sending it to my old address again. okaaaaayyy... so now I have outstanding debt in collections and getting calls from Heidi. :)
Heidi called me and tried to get nasty with me and I snapped right back at her and told her I'm well aware of where her office is and that I drive by it daily and that if she wanted to get nasty with me I had no problem coming into her office so we could continue our discussion face to face but I wasn't going to take her crap at which point she hung up on me. Funny, The next time she called she started out by apologizing for being rude and the conversation went much smoother. How are you going to call someone and try to talk to them lick that and get any positive results? And it over less than $100, WOW
This is Grimm Collections 360-754-6333 and the number 360-292-7249 must be an interior line; I got a call about a medical bill I forgot to pay and I called back and took care of it. I thought the person "Gwen" was very nice and respectful. She was calm and kind and I was able to pay it back right then and there. She even is sending me a paid in full statement in the mail.
