Dont call me

I got a call from this number, when I answered, there was no reply from the other end. After 18 seconds I herd a loud siren sound. I jerked the phone away from my ear and hung it up.
"NOTE" My Caller ID Said It Was A Local Call. I Live In Texas, Not Washington State !
My phone number is on the Federal No Call List 3. Times.

Just got a call from this morning. Said hello and waited 4-5 second no answer. We live ohio.

Who ever these people they are real clowns. They've called a couple of times but don't have the balls to leave any voice message.

My number, too, is on the DNC, but that hasn't stopped my phone from receiving calls from numbers like this daily.
